The aftermath of no-work-no-pay policy.

I now come to realize that most of the work I do are "no work"; by implication, only strict class lecture on timetable, project supervision of assigned students and conducting exams, including marking and compilation are my only works. Thus, from today onward, my pricetags are as follow:

1. Lecture as stipulated on the Timetable = FREE OF CHARGE
2. Extra Lecture period. = NOT APPLICABLE
3. Lecture on demand = N50,000 per hour
4. Consultations after class
a. My students = N100 per minute
b. Other students = N200 per minute
c. Non-students = N250 perminute
5. Supervision
a. My assigned supervisee = FREE once in a week, extra hours=N3,000 per hour
b. Other students = N5,000 per hour
c. Non-students= N7,500 per hour
6. Admission request= N50,000 per (negotiable). Medicine and Pharmacy= N70,000. These are non-refundable.
7. Referee report =N20,000 black and white, colored N25,000
8. Academic consultation= N10,000 per hour
9. Media invitation= N50,000 per hour
10. Writing report, research, field work = N25,000 per day
11. CA test /assignment
a. Regular= FREE
b. Make-up = N2,000 per credit unit
12. All ebooks now are for sale
13. Referral to a colleague = N5,000 per case
14. Result verification in case your coordinator is too busy to do it for you = N5,000 per course
15. Other services are to be priced accordingly as they come.

If you don't know your worth nobody would value you.
