Tech Bee Program: Kickstart Your IT Career with HCL The tech bee program is HCL’s Early Career Program that helps Class 12 pass students start a tech career right after school. Through this program, candidates undergo 12 months of structured training in IT services, software and digital support, gaining both technical and professional skills to become job‑ready.
