They were attentive, explained everything in a nice, clear voice, and even printed out the boarding passes so that my family would not have to use the airport kiosks. Most impressive was that they were simply kind—something you don't always find in big airlines.". The office itself was neat, comfortable, and easy to locate, and we didn't have to wait more than five minutes. It felt like visiting a local travel agency where they know how to make it easier. Due to their assistance, my parents had a comfortable flight and everything went smoothly. This type of personalized service is unusual and much appreciated.
