1. Before daily work, the operator is asked to carefully check whether each fastening screw is tightened and whether the pressure is normal. The pressure gauge must be between 0.4Mpa and 0.8Mpa, otherwise it will affect the performance and clamping force, and bring hidden dangers to production safety.

3. The chuck jaws adopt a comb tooth docking structure, which is easy to adjust and can be adjusted according to the large and small directions of the workpiece. The adjustment distance is based on the number of comb teeth, and the pitch of each tooth is 1mm, of which 320 and above (including 320) are 1.5mm. Please refer to the detailed parameter table for details. The number of teeth of the claws must be adjusted and the tooth surface must be kept clean and free of debris. After adjustment, the screws on the claws must be tightened. When replacing the claws, please pay attention to the corresponding claw number.

4. During use, oiling and maintenance work should be performed on all sliding surfaces. The refueling locations are mainly the oil nozzle on the front cover of the chuck and the oil container on the three-piece joint. Generally, ISOV32 or equivalent oil can be used. The chuck part should be refueled once every shift, and use an oil gun to refuel the chuck body.

5. This chuck uses compressed air with an air pressure of 0.4MPa-0.8MPa. In order to maximize the efficiency of the chuck and achieve better results, please ensure the stability of the air source and pressure. If the air source is far away from the chuck, please use a larger metal pipe to connect the air source closer to the chuck. Thin rubber tubes cannot be used for remote docking. For close-distance hose docking, please choose a trachea that can withstand a pressure of no less than 1.6MPa, otherwise large losses will be caused by trachea bursting.
