The IDE series pipe beveling machine, designed specifically for pipe-end beveling, seamlessly handles a variety of applications, including complex beveling, surface finishing, and inner bore processing. This versatile series accommodates pipes with diameters ranging from 15mm to 630mm, making it ideal for diverse on-site requirements. Recent project images illustrate its effective use on a pressure vessel, where multiple branch pipes required precise beveling.

This particular project presented unique challenges due to the branch pipes’ proximity to the vessel body, limiting space and making traditional OD-series pipe cutting and beveling machines unsuitable. To overcome these constraints, the IDE352 pipe beveling machine was chosen for its compact design and ability to deliver efficient, high-precision machining in confined spaces. Even with the added difficulty of thick-walled pipes, our technical team expertly employed segmented cutting techniques to ensure a smooth process. Over the course of one week, the team successfully beveled 20 pipes, demonstrating both the machine’s reliability and our team’s commitment to quality.
