Waterproof Greatly Improved
The addition of the front P-shape EPDM seal increases the waterproof performance by 50% and significantly reduces the water leakage which reaches the standard of Japan’s Class 1 waterproof equipment.
Structure Significantly Strengthened
The 1st generation of board joints were at 90° angles and were easily damaged due to stress concentration. We have changed the shape of the joint surface of the board to a folded angle, thus dispersing the stress and significantly improving the structural strength.
New Stainless Steel Locking Clamp Design
A stainless steel locking clamp is new provided on the board, to lock each connecting board. The 1st generation was buckled together directly by the slotted channel in the board, due to the low strength of the plastic material offering un-sufficient locking strength, in extreme cases these buckles may slip out leads to a risk of failure.
The new stainless steel locking design makes the connection more stable, and doubled the overall rigidity of the full system.
Contacting Interface Reinforced
Reinforcing bracket with the seals is designed at the contacting interface to prevent damage and extend the life.
Storage Space Reduced
The boards can be stored in two or three pieces connected and placed on its side, to reduce the storage area. And the assembled form can reduce the transporting and deploy time for emergency.
Free Standing Temparary Flood Barrier Deployment
1、Confirm the site for deployment
2、Clean the gound of the site
3、Stand behind the flood board to place the front of the board facing the water
4、Set the first left board(FG、FGL) as initial at the wet side.
5、Connect the following to the right end.
6、Apply the right board(FG、FGR) to tightly connect the wall at right side
