What Makes the Rotting Lightbringer Pulverize Druid Tick?

The build's foundation is a shapeshifting Druid who transforms into a Dire Werebear via Grizzly Rage, and uses Diablo 4 Items and Pulverize to deal guaranteed Overpower damage, leaving behind Poison pools via the Rotting Lightbringer Unique.
