I had a terrific day at the Spirit Airlines New York City Office. I needed assistance printing my boarding card and checking in online. I was greeted by the staff, who promptly resolved my issue. They also demonstrated how to use the app for upcoming check-ins. They were courteous and provided step-by-step explanations, which I appreciated. The office was well-kept and conveniently located. They seemed to genuinely care about their passengers, in my opinion. I was pleasantly impressed by Spirit Airlines. If I ever need more assistance, I'll come back to this office.
