Preform Condition: Before beginning the blow molding process, ensure that the preforms are in optimal condition. This includes checking for any cracks, deformities, or inconsistent shapes. This reduces the environmental impact of plastic waste and encourages a circular economy. Manufacturers should ensure that the preforms are designed to be recyclable and that customers are encouraged to recycle the final product.

However, when using rPET, it is important to ensure that the material is food-safe and has undergone sufficient purification to remove contaminants.
