CAC REGISTRAR GENERAL AT DANGOTE SUGAR REFINERY ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Registrar General, Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Ishaq Hussaini Magaji, SAN represented the Commission at the 18th Annual General Meeting of Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc alongside Habiba Adamu Diko of CAC Lagos office.
The event which took place today at Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos featured prominent personalities including the owner of the biggest refinery in Nigeria, Alhaji Aliko Dangote.
It is the statutory responsibility of the CAC to feature at the Annual General Meetings of companies in accordance with the stipulations of Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020.
