Punjab NEET Counselling Latest Update 2025

The dates and schedule for Punjab NEET Counselling 2025 has been released. 

Eligible candidates are invited to register or apply online via the university website based on their NEET-UG-2025 scores and the Punjab government's announcement, corrigendum, or prospectus for admission to UG medical and dental programs in Punjab's public and private colleges starting on July 15, 2025, and ending on July 24, 2025.

The registration fee must be deposited via the online payment gateway by July 25, 2025, at 03:00 PM.

BFUHS Faridkot will conduct a combined online counseling process for admission to undergraduate medical and dental courses in all medical and dental colleges, including private universities and minority institutions in the State of Punjab.

Regarding the UG admissions session 2025, all notifications, corrections, or updates published by the MCC, the Indian government, or the Punjabi government will be applicable.

About NEET Counselling in Punjab 2025

The whole program and the official brochure has been published online by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). It should be mentioned that Punjab NEET 2025 counseling requires meeting the qualifying NEET 2025 requirement. On May 4, 2025, NEET 2025 took place. On June 14, 2025, the NEET 2025 results were released.

BFUHS is holding the counseling in order to allocate 85% of the state quota seats. To apply for Punjab NEET 2025 counseling, candidates must fill out an online application. Applicants must register on bfuhs.ac.in, the official website. A merit list of eligible candidates will be shortlisted for seat allocation based on registration. Online choices will be available for these candidates.

There are two rounds of Punjab NEET UG counselling. But only if there are still seats available following the first round of Punjab NEET counseling will the second round take place. A candidate may apply for Punjab's state quota seats if they are a resident of Punjab and have qualified for NEET 2025. Candidates should be aware that only online applications will be accepted for the Punjab NEET 2025 counseling. Applications sent via email or offline will not be accepted. Candidates must lock their choices for college and course during counseling. 

Seats will be distributed for Punjab MBBS/BDS admission 2025 based on the candidate's selection, availability of seats, and NEET 2025 results. Through the counseling rounds, 1260 BDS and 1750 MBBS seats would be distributed. 

Eligibility Criteria For Punjab NEET Counselling 2025

Eligibility critetria for MBBS BDS admission in Punjab are listed below: 

·       Candidates who wish to apply for neet counseling Punjab must be eligible for NEET UG 2025

·       Candidates be a Punjabi residence (for state quota)

·       Candidates  must finish their 10+2 with PCB and English from an accredited colleges.

·       By December 31, 2025, candidate must be at least 17 years old.

·       Applications for management quota seats are only accepted from candidates from other states.

Online Registration: Enter your academic, personal, and NEET roll number and rank.

Uploading Documents: A domicile certificate, mark sheets, an ID, and a NEET scorecard, among other documents.

Pay the registration fees: After completing the application form applicants must pay the registration fees and submit the application form.

Publication of the Merit List: Choose colleges and courses online by filling out the choice form and locking it based on your NEET score and category.

Seat Allotment Result: Release of the allocation on the official website

College Reporting: After paying the entry fee, submit your original paperwork.
