Disassemble all pipes connecting to the cover of the vessel. 3. Disassemble the bolts which fix the cover of the vessel. 4. Remove the cover. 5. Take out oil separation element. 6. Clean the sealing surface that between cover and body of the vessel. 7. Install a new oil separation element with its sealing washer into the body of vessel, don not touch the body. 8. Assemble cover and bolts. 9. Assemble piping. The suction pipe should put into the bottom of oil separation element,otherwise, it may affect suction effect and increase oil carry over to the compressed air.
