I had a great day at the Vietnam Airlines Melbourne Office. I had to switch to business class, but I had no idea how to do it online. Very helpful was the man behind the desk. He showed me images of the seats and described the upgrading possibilities. He informed me about the lounge access as well. I was immediately able to upgrade my seat. The procedure went quickly and smoothly. I enjoyed the office's welcoming environment. The experience was excellent.
