They helped me compare pricing and took the time to explain everything. In no way did I feel hurried. I was given water to drink while I waited, and the workplace had a calm atmosphere. Little actions like these have a significant impact. I smiled broadly as I left with my ticket confirmed. Seeing this degree of customer service is very pleasant. Bravo.
