4. How to Cancel a Volaris Flight

A few channels are available to cancel your Volaris flight.

  • Website:Go to “My Trips” and sign in with your reservation code and last name.

  • Mobile App: Go to your itinerary and choose to cancel.

  • Customer Service: Contact the Volaris helpline (there may be a charge for this)..
